Milan Fashion Week | D&G S/S 2010

Since when did the Rodeo become fashionable? According to Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, its the industries latest hot spot...or at least the inspiration for their spring collection. With rough washed denim present throughout, the collection features the fabric on everything - shirts, swimshorts, the works. Embellished shirts and jackets only add to the western flair with brown quality leather accompanying. And to add a bit of sophistication to a widely rugged collection, velvet blazers are included to specify that it is D&G after all. Accessories include what you would expect a modern "cowboy" to wear - leather holdalls, belts, and boots. Masculinity is a refreshing and reoccuring look here, which is especially important considering unisex clothing is becoming so present now. I wouldn't be surprised if we start seeing men on horseback in cities, wouldn't that be the best accessory.
