Milan Fashion Week | Gucci S/S 2010

Gucci always remains constant with their look, and this year is no different. Frida Giannini’s latest assembly of work continues in their legacy of a sophisticated resort style look that promises to remain eye-catching and fashion forward all at the same time. An interesting and eclectic colour palette of white, greys, and light yellows speak nothing but effortless style that has come to be synonymous with spring. The collection continues and navigates to metallic suits that are a delight but don't exactly speak spring or summer for that; we still appreciate the try. Outerwear this season comes from an athletic-aesthetic that we can see going far beyond athletic wear and into mixed suits, and thats a versatility that we rarely get. Accessories include holdall bags that are common, yet loved and classic Gucci footwear. The collection includes nothing new or exciting, but when you have something good going for you, why change. Right?
